Without this new blood, We will never get the green energy programs started. We must have the technicians that can do the work.Right now the industry needs thousands just to replace those retiring. This program works. The combination of hands on real world training and acquiring a EPA 608 certification to handle refrigerant is the core of the program. The skills we work on with the students: communication, reporting, analysis,collaboration and leadership combined with the actual hands on applications of charging, recovery, testing and trouble shooting HVAC equipment help qualify them for entry into the HVAC industry
