About Thomas Radabaugh

20 years of military management experience leading, coaching and developing Soldiers as both a senior Noncommissioned Officer and a Commissioned Officer. I have six years of project management experience preparing contracts, conducting on-site reviews, payments and auditing. I am experienced with negotiations and conflict resolution in domestic and international situations. I have three years of experience teaching as an Instructor/Senior Instructor with an annual class load of 256 students. STRENGTHS: I apply management and leadership experience to drive results and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both orally and in writing; able to effectively and succinctly communicate program details to clients, employees, and executive management.
