I began my professional journey at Philips in 2002 as a Mechanical Engineer, where I focused on designing and developing mechanical systems and components. One of my notable projects involved working on automotive lighting production equipment, where I applied my technical expertise to enhance the efficiency and precision of manufacturing processes. As I gained experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities, I advanced to the position of Project Lead. In this role, I managed multidisciplinary teams on projects such as the development of advanced lighting solutions for automotive applications. I coordinated project timelines, ensured the successful delivery of engineering projects, and implemented innovative solutions to meet client specifications. My ability to lead and inspire teams was instrumental in driving project success. Further progressing in my career, I became a Group Lead in 2012 at Philips. This role involved overseeing multiple project teams, including those working on cutting-edge automotive lighting technologies. I set strategic objectives, fostered collaboration across departments, and guided my teams in achieving organizational goals. My leadership and strategic vision helped maintain high standards of excellence and drive innovation in automotive lighting production equipment. Since 2024, I have been working as Head of Realization at Zeiss SMT Aachen. In all the steps I took, my passion is always about technology and industrialization.
