Allier expertise clinique et transformation numérique pour améliorer le quotidien des soignants et la prise en charge des patients. Infirmier de formation, j’ai débuté ma carrière entre missions humanitaires et services techniques (urgences, SSPI, chirurgie), développant une solide compréhension des enjeux de terrain. Depuis 2009, j’ai accompagné une centaine d'établissements de santé dans la numérisation et l’optimisation de leur DPI. Avec une forte connaissance des environnements de soins techniques (soins intensifs, anesthésie, réanimation, laboratoire), j’ai occupé des rôles clés en conseil fonctionnel et gestion de projets, combinant analyse des besoins, stratégie de déploiement et amélioration des processus. Aujourd’hui, en tant que Product Manager et Product Owner, je mets à profit mon expérience clinique et technologique pour concevoir des solutions pragmatiques et adaptées aux réalités du terrain, afin d’accompagner l’évolution du numérique en Combining clinical expertise and digital transformation to improve the daily lives of carers and patient care. Trained as a nurse, I began my career between humanitarian missions and technical services (ER, ICU, surgery wards), developing a solid understanding of the challenges in the field. Since 2009, I've helped around a hundred french healthcare establishments to digitise and optimise their EHRs. With expertise in technical environments (ICU, Anaesthesia, ER, I have held key roles in functional consulting and project management, combining needs analysis, deployment strategy and improvement of care processes. Today, as Product Manager and Product Owner, I draw on my clinical and technological experience to design pragmatic solutions tailored to the realities on the ground, to support the development of digital healthcare.
