Thomas is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ professional experience in finance and operations management both in Australia and internationally. His professional career began with solid grounding in audit at a Big 4 Accounting Firm, progressing through a range of positions within government, listed and private companies, including as CFO of an ASX listed company. Thomas has extensive experience across all finance related matters including capital management, strategic planning and budgeting, risk management and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and stakeholder and investor relations. Thomas has broad experience within a range of consumer industries including vehicle repairs and insurance, self-storage and property management, travel and government, including the energy sector. A highly motivated leader, Thomas has contributed to the achievement of successful outcomes in many business transactions as both a leader and team member. He has a high level of flexibility in his approach, is extremely dynamic in his thinking and is driven by the achievement of outcomes.
