About Thomas Rice

Tom is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. There he earned his Bachelor of Science degree and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant. During the course of his 7 years of active duty service in the Air Force, he also earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Trade and Finance from Texas A&M University. Tom has been a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill since focusing on financial and estate planning strategies with a particular emphasis on retirement planning. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™- CFP® certification, the Certified Investment Management Analyst®- CIMA® designation, and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™- CRPCz designation. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Investment Management Consultants Association. Tom is a retired U.S. Air Force officer with 21 years of service. He is an avid tennis and hockey player.
