About Thomas Ridgeway

I was born in Florida and raised in South Carolina. I completed my undergrad at USC, in May of 2014 with a major in Anthropology and minor in Sociology. I enjoy reading, and aspire to always keep the passion alive inside of me for growth and development. Currently I am working as a District Manager for A&C Business Enterprises managing one of two districts. My territory is vast spanning from the northern most point of Louisville Kentucky, to the southern most point of Dalton Georgia. My eastern territory begins in Johnson City, and ends in Lebanon. My main job responsibilities are to grow our business, develop our people, and foster a positive culture. I love my job. I am relentless in the pursuit of excellence. I am graced to be around individuals devoted to achieving their best self. I am an advancing leader in Vistage,(A professional development program) and hope to eventually move into the CEO, COO program.A&C Business Enterprises uses the Predicative Index to gauge our staff. I test as a collaborator, I place a high value on the team. Together we can do great things! I am very excited to continue my personal and professional development. I will never seize attempting to be the best version of myself.
