I started in the warehouse for about 6 months I work second shift so I was responsible to do loadout so it was very boring there was more customers than takes so I started talking to customers asking them can I help them and I've started selling appliances to them the rumor got her own to the current manager Carl dematteo and he came and talked to me about coming to commission salesmen and I was scared to do it but I'm glad I did because I excelled I jumped to number one number two salesmen in the country stays that way for many years sold warranty better than anybody I knew I got complimented on how high my warranty margins were I like to take care of my customers do a lot of research so I know what I'm talkin about cuz I believe you can't sell an item if you don't know about the item so I will spend a lot of time after work researching and reviewing items that we sell so I know exactly what I'm selling my customer I don't know why they should buy it and how's it going to help their life or make their life easier and is this feature worth this extra money and how long is expected life of the product how often do they require service or replacement so that's where they weren't you would step in it I made sure to talk to you every customer the way I would like to be talked to and I would make sure to ask them qualifying questionsI loved it when I seen my co-workers face when a customer with straight tell them I just come in for a microwave I'm buying all six items plus warranty and no one that would understand how I pulled this off because I just asked questions and gave them answers made a lot of money in the process I would love to get into a bigger sales role to see what I can do. thanks for looking and reading my summary Thomas Robinson
