As the Manager of the Admission Services Unit, I oversee a high-volume contact center that supports prospective students, applicants, and continuing students through one of the most important transitions of their lives—admission to a world-class university. Over time, I’ve come to see that behind every academic or career question is a deeper human need—for clarity, confidence, belonging, and progress. That’s why, in addition to my university work, I’ve expanded my focus into strategic mentorship and coaching for adults seeking purpose, performance, and transformation.
