About Thomas Rohold

Finance Director for the Technology & Services business unit in Danske Bank covering a budget of around EUR 1.2bn and more than colleagues. I lead a department of four teams in charge of IT financial management and driving performance across technology, services and digital investments in a leading Nordic bank. I have over 15 years of cross-functional experience in banking and financial services. My roles involve various areas such as technology business management, performance management, regulatory capital, treasury, data management, investor relations, and investment banking. My core competencies include leading and developing diverse teams, formulating strategy based on business analysis, change management and strategy execution, process optimisation and improved financial steering, financial markets, investments, customer relations and high level commercial negotiations. I hold a PhD in Business Administration from Univeristy of Southern Denmark and Kellogg School of Management and a MSc in Economics & Finance. I am passionate about delivering value to the stakeholders, driving innovation and change, and fostering a culture of high performance and strong collaboration.
