Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Thomas Rollins and I am currently employed as a business analysts/project lead, working under the direction of Veteran Affairs office, to assist in creating training materials across the program. These materials are patient and clinicians/help staff focused, and are related to the Veterans' healthcare portal, My HealtheVet. This is my 12th year working inside the fast paced work world of the VA as a contracted business consultant/analyst/trainer. Previously I was employed as a reality television transcriptionist, and worked on other deliverables that are required to generate closed captioning scripts, ABS, CCSL and whatever other formats they needed me to be familiar with. This, job, like my previous and current job, has been fully remote work. I am knowledgeable in current art and art history, gardening of any variety as I try to learn multiple new plants every year, super backer of board games for Kickstarter (knowing it is supporting small businesses directly), enjoyer of card games and I am someone who understand the power of a positive attitude and its importance in the work environment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the garden and with my family. We have a successful vendor booth we setup a few times a year where we sell vegetable and flower plants.
