I come with 20+ years of national and international experience from working in the public sector, as an independent consultant and from working for the LEGO Group and for Danfoss. From this I am an experienced educator, trainer and program manager with a strong record of deliveries on programs within training and development where I have built up and managed training and certification programs including building up a trainer network of 300+ certified trainers. This has lead to educators trained yearly through facilitated and blended training which has made a fantastic impact to classrooms and in factories across the world. Beside of the experience from the LEGO Group and Danfoss, I come with a background as a Secondary School Teacher with ten years of teaching experience. I have worked as pedagogical advisor and as an independent consultant within innovation in teaching and educational development. In 2010 I received the special innovation award from the Danish Ministry of Education. Learning and development is my fuel and I love to do this through a good engaging and Playful approach.#ono
