I’m a Business Management graduate with a real passion for learning and growth, both personally and professionally. Right now, I’m part of Hays Travel’s 4-year Graduate Management Scheme, which gives me hands-on experience across different areas like Retail, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial. It’s a fantastic opportunity to build leadership skills while getting to know the travel industry inside and out.Before joining Hays Travel, I spent almost three years as Assistant General Manager at Molly Moos Ice Cream Parlour, where I led teams and handled day-to-day operations. I’ve also worked at Tesco, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.I love roles that challenge me to step up, and I’m excited to keep developing as a leader while contributing to the success of any organization I’m part of.
