About Thomas Samplewood

I learned from a young age just how advantageous the skill of self-discipline can be when thoughtfully executed. My mother inadvertently taught me this lesson when she playfully teased me about a poor report card I brought home from elementary school. As time went on, I realized that adopting a mindset of practice and education would develop into tangible results in anything I focused on. Today, I am thankful for my mother instilling me with ideals of determination so that I may, in turn, foster growth and success. I found school as a natural outlet for achievement: taking advanced placement courses in high school, receiving the President’s Scholar award upon graduating college and pursuing certification programs while transitioning into the workforce. While looking ahead to my career, I realized I would need to transition my attention from grades to professional skills. I discovered one of my superpowers to be communication. I was able to combine my skills in professional expression with my resourcefulness in order to produce results that would meet and exceed business standards. This allowed me to seek continuous improvements personally, for my teams and the interdependent departments that made up the company. My passions for logical procedures and expressing myself through focused communication strategies revealed themselves through my professional experiences in project management, as well as growing opportunities in voice over media projects.
