About Thomas Sebastiani

My work experience includes multiple leadership positions as a United States Air Force Security Forces officer since 2001, a Lakewood Colorado Police Officer from 2007 to 2018, and operating an endurance racing business as sole proprietor from 2011 to 2014. Before returning to the Air Force as Security Forces Commander in 2020, I was the the Emergency Services Director at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan, encompassing Safety, Security and Emergency Preparedness. I am personable, detailed, goal-oriented, organized, have effective writing and speaking skills, and work well both individually and in a team. My education includes a Bachelors of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State University, and a M.B.A. from Touro University. I am also studying Air War College for professional military education. As Squadron Commander and Anti-Terrorism Officer since 2020, I've been responsible for over 250 security, law enforcement and anti-terrorism professionals working to protect all DoD and partner agencies on March ARB, their assets and the thousands of employees on base.
