But every day, I’m telling stories that move hearts, grow organizations, and stir the soul. I’ve spent the last decade leading creative teams, designing digital experiences, and launching brands that don’t just look good—but mean something. In 2018, my wife and I launched our first design agency from a little Airbnb in Europe during the first month of our marriage. We didn’t have much—just our laptops, love for each other, and an insatiable desire to make beautiful things that matter. That wild idea turned into Innovation Canopy, a boutique studio in San Francisco specializing in brand identity, graphic design, and web. We partnered with startups, nonprofits, and bold businesses who believed design could be their difference. Since then, I’ve: Built a remote creative agency from the ground up Worked with Apple on UI/UX strategy and digital systems for iWork Led brand development and campaign strategy for multi-campus organizations Founded Church Design Lab & ChurchGraphics.com—digital platforms helping churches communicate their vision through intentional design And directed dozens of projects from strategy through launch—balancing brand storytelling, user psychology, and cross-platform cohesion I’m currently based in San Jose, where I serve as the Digital & Design Pastor at a growing multi-campus church. I oversee branding, marketing, production, and creative strategy—while running Church Design Lab and Church Graphics. Quick facts: Married 7 years to the best project manager ever.
