About Thomas Sieger

I am a seasoned team leader with diverse experiences in developing and leading teams to success. From paid experience in the non-profit sector, to volunteer leadership in non-profit organizations, to leadership development in the for-profit, manufacturing setting, I have led, developed, and improved teams through my leadership practices. The bulk of my professional experience came as a department director for the Watertown Area YMCA. For 7 years I directed multiple departments within the Y and was influential in the creation & sustaining of several new programs. I regularly worked with cross-functional teams, supported annual fund-raising efforts, collaborated with local leaders to drive community initiatives, and coached staff to develop them into future leaders. My proudest memories came from seeing young professionals I coached develop into our next leaders within the organization. Currently, I work as an Inspection Supervisor for MasterMold, a manufacturing firm based in Johnson Creek, WI. Originally starting as a production supervisor, I transitioned into the Inspection role to develop a new quality focused program. Through my tenure at MasterMold, I have implemented Lean practices within my department that have been instituted company-wide. I have developed and led cross-functional leadership development trainings. I have developed the new Inspection position, team, & system for quality inspection to be implemented throughout the company. I continue to develop next level leaders within our organization to drive team culture, Continuous Improvement & production quality. Prior to MasterMold, I worked as a production supervisor for Generac Power Systems in Eagle, WI. During my time at Generac, I implemented a brand new, plant-wide employee recognition program to improve teamwork, collaboration, and employee motivation. For over 10 years I have volunteer coordinated an annual event for religious non-profit, Calvary Baptist Church. This full-day, annually held conference brings in attendees from across the midwest. Coordination of this event happens throughout the year, and requires work with a 100% volunteer workforce. I continue to support this annual event in coordinating all aspects of event details. My passion is - and always has been - positive collaboration. I will always bring a positive outlook to work collaboratively with others in an effort to be successful together. In every professional experience, I've driven forward with that goal.and I want to share that vision with you.
