Earning my Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate has prepared me for my career as a data analyst. I have experience with relational databases, dashboards, and big data analysis (3+ million rows). A few of my skills include- SQL - Tableau - Microsoft Excel - R Programming Language - Data Cleaning - Data Visualization The extensive Google certification includes 180 hours of instructions and hundreds of practice-based assessments. Throughout, I have learned key analytical skills, processes, and practices needed to succeed in the field of data analytics. It taught me how to use BI tools to create compelling data stories for informed decision-making. Following my certification, I have completed many case studies to further my knowledge. These projects have expanded my data analytic skills through experiential learning. Additionally, the projects allowed me to create actionable insights to problems to mimic real world business tasks. Besides the above-mentioned accomplishments, I have filled many roles in a medical startup company, a SaaS company, and restaurants. A few key achievements of my past work experiences are- Supervisor of Goleta Union School District COVID Surveillance Testing program - Lead Medical Assistant for Santa Barbara's largest COVID testing company - Managing multiple projects while fulfilling deadlines - Excellent communication and customer service skills I am excited about the opportunities I can utilize data analytics to discover insights and identify patterns that have a real impact.
