Pleased to share I have joined the excellent team at HealthSearch Partners executive search! Founded in 2017 by veterans of the healthcare executive search business, HealthSearch Partners is nationally recognized for our highly personalized, results driven approach. Leveraged several my very successful CEO tenures in working with C-suite executives of diverse healthcare providers and health plans across the country, serving on and supporting 10 executive network CEO boards. With over 38 years of healthcare, business, and leadership experience, a consistent track record of achieving operational, strategic, and organizational excellence and efficiency with integrity, as well as innovative initiative success. I always leave an organization exponentially stronger positioned and successful than when I arrived. I leverage my C suite experience, and expertise in innovative strategy development and execution, strategic alliances, business development, talent management, board development/performance, medical staff partnerships, and service excellence to deliver “exceeds expectations “ results in service, quality, and financial outcomes. Impactful critical thinker, a strong organizational analysis resource, and an extensive executive connector who strives to improve organizational results and advance the healthcare industry. I have continuously demonstrated success in developing high performing leadership teams that walk the talk in terms of integrity, values, and outcomes. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a master's degree holder in Healthcare Administration. I have a unique broad portfolio of healthcare and business leadership successes that position me uniquely for for executive leadership, advisory, and board opportunities. I have real life experiences thru turn-arounds, mergers, transformations, transitions; and numerous re-orgs(both good and not so good).
