Holding a Master’s in Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), he combines deep technical expertise with strong business insight. Throughout his career within the OTE Group and the Deutsche Telekom ecosystem, Thomas has successfully led major programs in OSS/BSS development, CRM systems, Service Assurance, Workforce Management, and Field Service Transformation. His leadership has been instrumental in driving change through initiatives such as NGA-FTTx, Deutsche Telekom’s NG-SSM program, and enterprise-wide IT modernization projects.
