I am reliable, trustworthy, numerate and meticulous, but most of all I am enthusiastic, loyal and willing to learn. I am able to excel in the good times and also do well in the face of even the most difficult challenges. I am able to bring new ideas and perspectives, always looking to improve myself through learning. I am also able to adapt to different personalities and cultures to ensure a strong working relationship. I am equally adept at using my own initiative and working as part of a team. I have proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating other staff to achieve company or task objectives. Mentoring staff members to help increase capability in not only the technical side of business, but also helping to increase their 'soft skills. An effective communicator at all levels within an organization. I am able to spot patterns and anomalies in large data sets having worked with some of the largest data sets in NZ. I can also think with logic and reason to provide solutions to complex business situations. I am very computer literate with a diploma in software development with experience in all facets of the software lifecycle from report making through to technical lead roles.
