With more than 17 years of experience in Sales Management at the International and national market I’m highly strong professional and personal. Through my career I have been working for different International companies. All with market leading positions in their business area. I have sales and Management experience within national, Scandinavian, European and Global markets. In my current position as Sales Manager Scandinavia my responsibilities are, together with my team, to open doors to new customers in different markets. Also working to optimize the relation sales in the Scandinavian market for both European and Global accounts. My strengths are to build up relation and sales to existing customers in a national or international perspective and to build up new market areas were market growth is in the strategic plan. The key to my success has been motivating management, developing existing customer portfolio with optimization, process and project processing. The other key to success has been building up new business through the known market platforms or via new markets and areas where the start was from zero.
