About Thomas Suatan

One of my driving forces is to improve processes and methods to increase both efficiency and quality. Implementing these improvements is a natural part of the job to me. I have several years of experience leading groups both as project- and line manager. To develop, motivate, engage and drive groups and individuals towards set targets is inspiring to me. I like working target oriented with own responsibility. I am confident and work with prestigeless engagement. To me, the technical part of the process as well as the business part is important to make the right decisions and priorities. Working in a truly international environment means daily communication with colleagues spread all over the world, sometimes under high pressure. This demands engagement, social skills and ability to create and maintain good relations. I see these as some of my strongest skills.
