As the President and CEO of EC Group International, Tom knows that to remain competitive in today’s business world, companies may need to consider offshore resources. The EC Group builds dedicated software teams that work directly within client’s existing development structure. Building one-on-one relationships between clients and their teams increases communication, trust and performance, leading to their long term success.
