Expert in physical preparation and reconditioning, with over 10 years of experience working with high-level and amateur athletes, I am passionate about enhancing physical abilities and optimizing sports performance. My personal athletic background has significantly enriched my understanding of the physical and mental demands faced by athletes. As a former rugby player competing at the Fédérale 1 level (Stade Français Paris CASG, FC Lourdes) and an extreme kayaker participating in World Championships, I have gained deep insights into endurance, strength, and precision sports. These experiences allow me to tailor my methods to the specific needs of both professional and amateur athletes. Currently a Physical Education teacher at an international level, I also coach athletes in strength training, weightlifting, and reconditioning, using a science-based approach grounded in physiology, biomechanics, and sports psychology. My aim is to maximize performance while ensuring effective injury prevention. Key strengths: Sport-specific physical preparation: freestyle snowboarding, extreme kayaking, endurance sports, rugby. Reconditioning after injuries: designing tailored rehabilitation programs. Remote coaching expertise using tools like PlaySharp and Kubios HRV. Goals: Join a professional high-performance sports structure in France. Further specialize in sports performance and reconditioning through a STAPS master’s degree.
