I am a senior learning and development executive and consultant with 20+ years of experience designing and leading strategic learning initiatives that drive measurable business performance. My background spans corporate, nonprofit, and global enterprise environments - building learning ecosystems that align technology, design, and behavior change. As President of Five Square Learning, I partner with organizations to architect scalable training strategies, elevate customer learning experiences, and lead high-impact instructional design teams. Previously as COO of Mission Fuel, I led operations and strategy for a world-class eLearning studio, managing global teams and overseeing delivery for clients such as the NBA, CrossPurpose, and the FLC. I now continue with Mission Fuel as an Executive Consultant, guiding strategic accounts and mentoring leadership teams.
