Background

About Thomas Utne

Started my career as an electrician apprentice in 1988 and then worked until as this. In I started as a telecommunications technician with Philips telephone systems, which then went over to Matra products later in where I have worked with MC6501, MC6540, NeXspan, Mitel, and related applications. And related to that I am working with a lot off servers on Windows platforms off different kinds. Was the first in Denmark who installed an AMC+ on Has also experience with call centers, statistics, etc. on Aastra and Mitel products. I started working with Eriksson-LG iPECS products in 2015. To follow the marked I am now also working with our product Connection Cloud, a similar product as One-Connect from Uni-Tel that is a hosted solution. In a takeover from Firstcom Europe, there was new things to do as Firstcom Universe that is a Cloud based platform. In 2017 I started working with recording systems mainly from Vidicode, as well as applications that can be associated with them, like screen recordings, speech recognition, etc. And because of that, I've come to know Linux (Debian) as Vidicode Call Recording systems use this platform. In 2021, I was part of a merger and it meant that work had to be done with other systems, and have therefore now started the process of becoming certified in Microsoft Azure and Project managements. In my spare time, I am responsible for our local running association RUNNERS Bellinge, together with two other hosts, as well as sitting on the board of our Cooperative housing association in which I live, and here I am also responsible for all the technical aspects of the housing. In addition to that, I have been elected to be the local Mayor, as the city thinks I do a lot for the local business life and community.
