About Thomas Utzmeier

With over 15 years of experience in finance and management, I am passionate about driving business transformation, innovation, and growth in the technology sector. As the Vice President Finance of Civil Construction Solutions and Field System Sector at Trimble, I oversee the finance function of all of Trimble’s indirect go-to-market businesses, and lead the business model conversion towards recurring revenue. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked in different regions, industries, and roles, and having a PhD in Material Science from Consejo Nacional de Microelectrónica. Previously, I was the Vice President and General Manager of Trimble Off-Road Autonomy Division, where I restructured and grew the worldwide OEM business with high precision positioning technology for autonomy applications. I leveraged my skills in profitability analysis, financial leadership, and new business development to create and execute strategic plans, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver customer value. I also supported the integration and collaboration of Trimble's off-road autonomy businesses across the company.
