Experienced leader in healthcare analytics, analytics product development in a addition to having a business strategy and planning background. My current role is to grow and develop relationships across the Blues system to understand analytic and business pain points and come up with innovative ways BHI can leverage our data in ways add valuable insights across the enterprise for provider, employer, benchmarking and transparency analytics. Prior, I had to maintain and add value to the Johns Hopkins ACG system to help all US based clients achieve success in value based outcomes through population health management and analytics. This includes aiding in the sales process, contracting, implementing the software and acting as a SME in aiding customers in developing use cases, I lead our innovations product development which includes end to end design of a business strategy and writing clear business rules and requirements to inform the technical teams design of our next generation of analytics solutions Lastly, I spent over 4 years at Florida Blue in Provider Profiling for Commercial analytics, Enterprise Strategy and the Medicare advanced analytics network performance team as well as a 6 year Air Force Vet where I have led teams into deployed environments and was responsible for $1.6B in US assets.
