About Thomas Valade

Working since 2001 in implementation of supply chain and business processes in various sector as: sales, purchasing, distribution, logistic, pricing, marketing, stock management. Experience started as external consultant for most known consulting companies and then move to internal business consulting, excellent customer oriented approach. Now, as Project manager since 2013, I am in charge of leading SAP roll out project in abroad subsidiaries (US, Asia.). China market was the most impressive roll-out project I have delivered. It ended in 2020 with a budget of more than 10 millions CHF; hundreds of stakeholders, one sanitary crisis to handle. a total of 3 years was necessary to have a proper Go-live. Ability to understand business process and desgn the most convenient solution for both operations and IT services. Strong capability to take the lead of full cycle project and respect planning and go live time. Used to work and adapt to different industrial sectors, mainly energy, automotive and luxury industry. Languages: English (fluent), French (mother tongue) and basic German.
