Over the years, I’ve delivered multi-million euro savings by bringing more structure, visibility, and accountability to how we manage software and cloud spend. My role has grown from leading SAM into a broader FinOps scope — working closely with engineering, cloud operations, finance, and procurement to make sure we’re spending wisely and aligning costs with real business needs. I believe that when teams understand the financial impact of their decisions, they make better ones.
