I believe health is real wealth. As work plays a significant role in our daily lives, it is key we embed healthy physical, mental and social habits in our day. How we move, feed ourselves, recharge and interact with others on a daily basis, lays the foundation for a happy and healthy life. With this vision I can inspire and advise organizations on how to let health and well-being come alive in day-to-day work, resulting in employees that can care for themselves, resulting in care for their company. Recent highlights-Annual development of well-being week for our headquarters (<1500 employees) including promotion, content development and workshop facilitation-Workshop facilitator on a broad range of items around health and wellbeing (work pressure, building healthy work relationships and healthy lifestyle practices such as nutrition, exercise and recharging)-Promote culture change by stimulating walking meetings, deploying mindfulness programs and developing well-being communities in the building with other health ambassadors.
