About Thomas Vedder

Patients and caretakers count on health care professionals, hospitals, caregivers, government, health care insurers, pharmaceutical companies and all other stakeholders in the healthcare market to give them access to the best possible care. To empower them to take control of their lives while reducing the burden of their treatment. To create and obtain a sustainable healthcare system in which medical innovations reach them fast. Therefor we need a close cooperation between all stakeholders and a human approach. With cross functional teams I aim to implement value solutions that really matter, make impact and focus on the 'quintuple' aim. My experience in Lean, strategic partnerships, project management and non-hierarchical lead of diversified teams proves to be a big asset for this. I feel privileged that I'm enabled by Bayer to combine this with the procurement of our products in the hospitals, that is also subject to change towards being a valuable part of the Bayer proposition.
