About Thomas Verga

As a Central Coast Native who was born and raised in Old Monterey, I've been described as “….a good guy to know” if you need to buy or sell real estate on the Monterey Peninsula. For many years as a Realtor, I served as a Director and State Director of the Board. As a young man, I began in a very successful family-owned real estate and insurance business that in addition to sales, developed subdivisions and managed real estate. After transitioning into finance, during my years as a Mortgage Loan Officer I was instrumental in locating a major mortgage bank to our Peninsula. I have served as the Director/Treasurer for the Monterey History and Art Association and on the Board of Governors for the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation. After many years in the mortgage industry, I am returning to the real estate business, where I started and my heart has always been.
