About Thomas Weber

As a Partner at McKinsey & Company, I advise public sector and healthcare organizations on strategy, data-centered transformations, and citizen- and customer-centric services. My focus is on leveraging generative AI (gen AI) and analytics to enhance public data management, evidence-based decision-making, and customer experience in public services. Before joining McKinsey, I had a career in the music industry as a recording engineer (“Tonmeister”) and broadcast audio producer for TV, radio, internet. I worked with world-class organizations such as Deutsche Grammophon and international music festivals like the Festival d'Aix‐en‐Provence and the Montreal Bach Festival I am a native German speaker, fluent in English, and conversational in French. Outside of work, I enjoy attending classical music performances, spending time in nature, and sailing.
