About Thomas Wellman

Hi, my name is Tom Wellman. My passion for health and fitness started in my mid teens when i became obese which effected me mentally and physically. I then started a transformation of losing 3 stone in 3 months, helping me to regain my confidence and more importantly my health. After going through the transformation of totally changing my body shape, i was finally happy with the way i looked and felt confident. This helped me to explore other things which i would always hold myself back from. I wanted to pass this experience on to others and help them achieve their goals and feel success like i did. This lead to me doing my Level 3 in Personal Training with Premier Training. Having the passion and knowledge to help people achieve there health and fitness goals, i decided to set up my own business. After qualifying as a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) level 3 personal trainer in 2011, I decided to set up Tom Wellman Personal Training, a professional, personal training service, which aims to help people reach their fitness goals, in their time and around their busy schedules. My motivation is to help you through a journey to success, whether you want to get in shape for an occasion, kick-start a healthier lifestyle or you need a program to improve your sporting performance, i can help you.
