I’m a growth-minded sales and operations executive with over 20+ years of experience leading global consumer product brands through market expansions, product innovation, and team transformations. What fuels me is building something lasting, taking brands with potential and turning them into category leaders through strategy, structure, and execution. My career started in the field, and eventually led me to managing sales across the Southwest USA for Jacuzzi Group. I learned the importance of trust, market intimacy, and relentless follow-through. From there, I took on roles of increasing responsibility, eventually leading global P & Ls, sales orgs, marketing teams, product development, and operations for brands for Jacuzzi Group like Dimension One Spas and most recently overseeing Global Swim Spas for the key growth brands in their portfolio. Whether launching 10+ new product models, restructuring underperforming business units, or building dealer networks across North America and Europe, I’ve been trusted to deliver results in both growth and turnaround environments. My leadership style is practical, hands-on, and aligned around accountability. I’ve implemented KPI systems, led cultural transformation initiatives, and grown EBITDA while improving customer experience and operational clarity. Today, I’m looking to bring that same strategic energy to a senior leadership role where I can build, scale, and lead cross-functional teams that drive growth.
