About Thomas Wiberg

I'm an experienced consultant with good knowledge of ITIL Process and how to translate the process to work in practice and map into the tool. I like being a teammember but also enjoys leading a team to analyse work procedures and try to find more effective solutions. I am a thinker and likes having several balls in the air and sees the possibilities in front of the problems. I am an open person and tells people what's on my mind not afraid of criticism. I started to work in a Servicedesk 2001 and worked as a Retail backoffice system specialist. 2004 did I got the opportunity to become involved in a large project to implement new ITSM tool and processes for Incident, Event, Request, Problem, Change, Asset and Configuration Management and did then also have the role as System Manager of the ITSM tool. In this mission did I also have the task to design and build integration between the ITSM tool, HR and AD to manage all account from ITSM tool based on information from the HR system and populates the Active Directory with very good success. 2008 did I start to work at Tieto and had the Role as Customer Service Manager for Security and Configuration Management. Mainly were my job to ensure the quality of the data in Asset and CMDB and to ensure that processes were working. I were also responsible to ensure the information of the Financial input. 2010 did I start working on Symfoni (Rubik Solution) and have mostly been assigned to different long time missions as Solution architect/designer and developer. March 2014 did I start to work for ProCori SMC AB Goal: I am already very close to my goal due to that i really enjoy to help different organizations to translate their process into detailed procedures and then design and build solutions to support this.
