My journey began with a B.A. in Information Technology, culminating in an exciting opportunity to write my thesis at an IBM Lab in the US. I have since grown through various stages of my career, starting as a Java Developer with T-Systems International, moving to a Senior Java Consultant and Project Manager role with avono AG, and then advancing to a team lead/workforce manager position at Sybit GmbH, where I oversaw the architecture and implementation of enterprise-wide CMS systems. Most recently, as CTO, I built an outstanding IT organization and fostered a DevOps culture.
