Therefore, I'm skilled at facilitating communications between stakeholders in order to identify opportunities for improvement, to prepare business cases, to define business requirements, to validate proposed solutions, to “sell” the proposed solutions to the senior executives, & to manage change effectively for delivering optimal results. While enjoying all aspects of my job scope, the most favorite stage of a project is working with stakeholders to understand the business objectives.
