I have more than 25 years of experience in leading global high-tech businsses with P&L responsibility in electronics, energy management, information technology, telecommunications as well as management consulting. Working as CEO, COO, entrepreneurial leader and board member for large global cooperations as well as for small and midsized companies, I have gained broad operational and strategic experience and competences. Additionally, I managed a broad range of business transformation projects including growth and digitalization and I have extensive experience in M&A including private equity. As an entrepreneurial business leader, I believe in leading with trust, positive energy and authenticity. I combine a can-do attitude with a down-to-earth mindset. I am passionate about building and motivating high-performance teams and creating an impact together.
