My primary industry experience lies in apartment maintenance, where I’ve spent over a decade refining my skills and taking on new challenges. While working with Cortland, I was part of two communities that received ORA awards for outstanding resident satisfaction three years in a row. This achievement was a direct result of the team's dedication, and I’m proud to have contributed to our consistent 24-hour work order turnaround and our commitment to resident satisfaction. In addition, I’ve served in the Marine Corps Reserves for the past nine years. That experience has shaped my leadership, discipline, and ability to stay composed under pressure. It’s given me a mindset geared toward growth, excellence, and adaptability—qualities I bring into every role I take on. My third role as a contracted handyman has allowed me to combine my broad knowledge of home maintenance and construction with the customer service values I learned at Cortland.
