As a product management leader with extensive industry experience, I have a proven ability to manage HPC/AI, enterprise datacenter, and cloud products from planning to introduction to ramp/scale. I have a unique track record of bringing to market high-volume products as well as nascent HPC / AI products and server technologies, resulting in global OEM and CSP design wins. Additionally, I have demonstrated acumen leading product marketing teams in the positioning, launching, and ramping Intel CPUs. Throughout my career, I’ve had extensive direct management experience building & leading high performing teams as well as reinvigorating / rebuilding teams with a winning culture. Highlights include- Directing the product management team for Intel flagship server CPU (3rd Gen Intel Xeon CPU, “Ice Lake”) and driving key global design wins at top OEMs and CSPs- Bringing to market a new server product family for HPC/AI (Intel Xeon Phi, “Knights”) and driving design wins at top OEMs and securing the world’s fastest supercomputer (#1 system on Top 500)- Leading a seismic shift in server I/O by aligning top OEMs to adopt the new PCI Express technology (received Intel’s highest recognition, Intel Achievement Award)- Overcoming complex business/product problems through sustained partnerships (eg, OEMs, ODMs, CSPs, ISVs) and stewarding key B2B relationships by adeptly partnering with sales- Guiding an Andersen Consulting/Accenture team in the development of a robust software testing program for new, customized billing system at Virginia-based long distance telecom company- Developing / honing servant-leadership approach through US Army experiences exemplified by achieving top performance ratings, completing Ranger School, and graduating from United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.
