In my work within recruitment and HR, I've had the privilege of connecting with a diverse range of individuals. Each interaction has deepened my understanding of how Diversity & Inclusion can shape and empower an organization. During my studies at Copenhagen Business School, I delved into a thesis exploring the LGBT+ landscape within the Danish labour market.
