About Thorsten Schaub

With a diverse background, I have a passion for interpersonal connection and learning about the different aspects of an individuals life and future aspirations. Given that, I found my true passion through Psychology, by engaging in valuable and unique interactions to foster and help empower others to become the best they can. As part of my career I seek to encompass strong organizational behaviour skills by understanding the core principles to a better functioning and motivational work environment. With considering people, processes and production, people always come first. Therefore I hope to find an opportunity to integrate ideas and ways in which leaders can empower and shift their business into a more cohesive and collaborative culture. For the future, I'd like to become a part of a growing demand in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and reshape the way we work, collaborate and independently navigate our way throughout our long journey balancing work and life.
