Hello, I am an experienced executive with consulting and coaching experience at top management level in the areas of efficiency, organizational structures, LEAN, Agile, process management/improvement/value streams, project and portfolio management, and Constraint optimization. I support you in designing and implementing practical improvements. In addition to Lean/Leadership, my areas of expertise include agile methods in IT and business, project, portfolio- and process management. I am also strongly interested in TOC and CCPM, as well as the developments in the application of AI.
