I am Thowiba Ali, a Clinical Scientist-Hematology, BB(ASCPi). I have 13 years of hospital experience. I currently work at Al Qassimi Hospital as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Hematology & Blood Bank. Holding EIAC certification, I conduct internal audits for ISO 15189:2022 compliance, As I Medical Laboratory Technologist, I play a vital role in healthcare. I perform tests and analyses that help diagnose, treat, monitor, and prevent diseases. I also oversee and ensure the safety of blood and its components for transfusions. Previously, I was a Medical Laboratory Specialist at Ministry of Health-Sudan-Hasahisa Teaching Hospital, where I performed a range of technical laboratory tasks. These tasks included analyzing and assessing specimens with appropriate equipment and tools. I developed skills in optimizing laboratory processes to produce accurate results.
