About Thrupti Eranna
Completed my Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Resort management in Australia. Worked for 3 years during my stay in Australia in the roles of Food & Beverage associate Event staff Guest Service Agent Reservations Agent & Group Reservations coordinator. Returned to India in 2019 and opened my first restaurant- Palate Korner Yelahanka. It was the first branch of the Palate Korner brand which is a popular old Bangalore food institution that boasts of a legacy of 28 years. Continued my journey as an entrepreneur and had the opportunity to be the director of our newly formed company Palate Golden Triangles Hospitality & Consulting Pvt Ltd. Through this company we have started our second venture- Palate Korner Cafe which is a drive-in multi-cuisine restaurant Bakery & Event space. Starting 2 businesses amidst the COVID pandemic wave and surviving 3 lockdowns with no formal mentor or hand-holding at the tender age of 22 has been a journey that gave me a lifetime’s worth of challenges and learnings. Having survived this I believe I have become a resilient entrepreneur of a strain that has never been made before.
