ENGINEERING AND REGULATORY (FORECASTING AND SCHEDULING): Adaptation of CERC and SERC for CTU/STU plants for implementation of F&S activity on operational assets. Tracking & Monitoring of performance to maintain higher accuracies and minimum DSM penalties at portfolio and Ensuring 100% data availability to QCA. Weekly and monthly review with QCA for performance improvement. Tracking & Validation of published DSM (CTU/STU) for timely processing of DSM statements post validation (CTU/STU). Responsible for Performance/Data analysis of the plants based on KPI parameters to optimize the system performance DSM analysis of a plants having the concept of power trading. Tracking / Monitoring of plants performance at portfolio level. Analysis of low performance site using 7 QC tools. Daily/Weekly calls with respective teams to improve the performance of low performing sites. Maintaining of Budget Vs Actual Loss details and comparisons. Performance Analysis of wind farm and solar plants. Maintain the Daily Generation report, forecasting and scheduling report (DSM), LPF report. Provide the site information (AVC breakdown, shutdown and curtailment etc.) to QCA in real time basis. Generation/PLF/Irradiation trend analysis – Month on Month and Year on Year. Creation of power full dashboards with Power BI tool about 12.8GW plants(includes Solar + Wind + Hybrid) on weekly progress. Energy yield estimations & generation analysis by PVsyst for Fixed tilt, Tracker and Rooftop system. Quick visualization of large data sets to identify the gaps at various segments and escalate to internal & external respective stake holders.
