Thuli is Btech Industrial Engineering qualified and a strong team player, motivated and enthusiastic women. I have good personality, negotiating and influencing skills. I communicate clearly and professionally which assists me a lot in work instructions and conflict management, do report writing and am fluent in English and understand most of Nguni languages. Because of my career requirements I am a very analytical, leading and a problem solving person. I am able to build good working relationships with clients and colleagues in different levels including executive level. It is very easy for me to adapt, flexibility and optimistic is who I am, I do all in applying my Industrial Engineering techniques and principles. My exposure has been both manufacturing and maintenance environment, production processes is what I specialise at.
